You will recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor agents on business strategy; train staff on company tools; ensure compliance with policies and laws; and drive profit and organic growth through effective leadership.

Qualifications

• Three+ years’ experience selling real estate.
• Active Real Estate License required.
• Technologically proficient in PCs and Macs.
• Ability to learn new software; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Working knowledge of business and financial acumen including P&L understanding.
• Experience in training, coaching and leading people.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills; impeccable grammar both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales associates by supporting the Branch Manager with agent recruiting efforts, onboarding new agents, coaching and mentoring on business strategy and growth.
• Support the day-to-day management of branch operations to maximize profit and organic growth by training and coaching agents on company tools and programs, leveraging relationships, and representing the company’s value proposition.
• Ensure branch compliance with company policies and regulations, including RESPA and Fair Housing Standards.
