Qualifications

• Must be a motivated sales professional with a competitive drive.
• Excellent rapport building and active listening to identify client needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; learning scripts and dialogues.

Responsabilités

• Graduate from Agent Launch, 12 week training program.
• Consult with buyers, convert to signed buyer agreements and identify homes to view.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers.
• Conduct open houses.
• Make outgoing calls, texts and emails to convert leads into clients.
• Participate in weekly script practice.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
