Qualifications

• No real estate experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain NJ Real Estate License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete onboarding training.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and run property showings.
• Present and negotiate offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspections and manage contracts from accepted offer through closing.
• Attend weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and continuing education.
