Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and run showings; present and negotiate purchase offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspections; manage contracts from accepted offer to closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, coaching, and continuing education.
