• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and run property showings.
• Present and negotiate offers; guide clients through financing and inspections.
• Manage contracts from accepted offer through closing.
• Attend weekly team meetings, receive one-on-one coaching, and complete continuing education.
