• No experience required; we train real estate agents from the ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, present and negotiate offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspection process and manage contracts from accepted offer to closing.
