Navigate Realty is seeking motivated real estate agents in the United States North Carolina High Point area. This role focuses on converting high-intent Zillow leads, building relationships, and guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction.

We provide proven systems, CRM support, and ongoing coaching to help you grow a sustainable business. Join a team with training, leadership guidance, and a commitment to helping you close 2–6+ transactions per month.

Qualifications

• Is coachable, driven, and motivated to succeed.
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Is confident or willing to grow in negotiation and presentation.
• Is organized and detail-oriented.
• Is comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and social media.
• Wants to grow a long-term, sustainable real estate business.
• Experience with marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to high-intent inbound Zillow leads and create a strong first impression
• Build trust and long-term relationships from the first interaction
• Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction
• Show homes, conduct buyer consultations, and present offers with confidence
• Help clients make informed decisions in a competitive market
• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to protect your clients and win deals
• Use Navigate's proven systems, CRM, and technology to stay organized and consistent
• Track conversations and follow up to convert opportunities into closings
• Leverage Navigate's marketing, brand, and tools to grow your database and referral business
• Stay up to date on market trends, contracts, and fair housing guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and accountability to continually improve
