Placements24 is partnering with a prestigious real estate agency specializing in coastal properties, seeking an ambitious Real Estate Agent to join their East London team. You will market and sell prime residential properties along the Eastern Cape coastline and guide buyers and sellers through transactions.

You will build client relationships, showcase properties, negotiate offers, and maintain a strong network with industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent.
• Proven success in residential property sales with coastal market knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate and NQF Level 4 qualification.
