Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Commercial Real Estate Agent in the DFW area. The Lead Real Estate Agent will play a pivotal role in spearheading and recruiting a team of enthusiastic and motivated commercial real estate agents while managing and coordinating real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include:

- Recruitment and Leadership: Recruiting and mentoring new agents to build a high-performing team.

- Transaction Management: Assisting agents and clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.

- Market Analysis: Conducting market analyses to provide agents and clients with informed guidance.

- Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
