Ideal candidates live in the local area, have an Alaska real estate license or are pursuing it, and are strong communicators who keep commitments and follow through for clients.

Qualifications

• License to practice real estate in Alaska or actively pursuing licensure in Alaska.
• Must currently live in Soldotna, Kenai, or Homer area.
• Strong communication, initiative, reliability, and client-service orientation.

We're adding three agents serving the Soldotna, Kenai, and Homer area.

You'll connect with prospective clients, understand their goals, follow up consistently, and help them navigate the buying and selling process.

We're interested in people who take initiative, keep their commitments, communicate clearly, and enjoy helping others make important decisions. Real estate experience is welcome, and relevant experience in other professions can also be valuable.

Applicants must currently live in the Soldotna, Kenai, or Homer area and hold or be actively working toward an Alaska real estate license. Activities requiring a license begin once licensing requirements are met.

Compensation: Commission only.
