The Discovery Real Estate Co. is seeking a Real Estate Agent in Sioux Falls to join a top-tier team. You’ll leverage a proven system with coaching, training, and accountability to accelerate your career growth while actively engaging with the Sioux Falls community.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs
• Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve favorable terms for clients
• Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Prepare and present detailed market analyses and property reports to clients

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
