You will graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch, guide clients to homes with a sales agent, write and negotiate offers, lead generate, and participate in weekly

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
• Guide clients to homes with a sales agent.
• Provide written feedback to refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.

Compensation

$50,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
