The Discovery Real Estate Co. is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent in Sioux Falls to join a high-performing team. You’ll leverage proven models, coaching, and training to accelerate your career while helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
• Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve favorable terms for clients.
• Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Prepare and present detailed market analyses and property reports to clients.

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
