The Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, position located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new listings, advising buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process, and conducting property showings and open houses. The agent will prepare and review contracts, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and work closely with lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth closings. This role involves maintaining detailed market knowledge of Bay Area neighborhoods, performing comparative market analyses, and actively networking to build and sustain a strong client base. The agent will also use the firm’s technology platforms and workspace resources to manage leads, track transactions, and deliver high-quality client service.
