Responsibilities

Role Description

The Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, position located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new listings, advising buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process, and conducting property showings and open houses. The agent will prepare and review contracts, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and work closely with lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth closings. This role involves maintaining detailed market knowledge of Bay Area neighborhoods, performing comparative market analyses, and actively networking to build and sustain a strong client base. The agent will also use the firm’s technology platforms and workspace resources to manage leads, track transactions, and deliver high-quality client service.

We are also looking for agents with hands on Property Management Experience.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in California and foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions
• Strong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building
• Familiarity with local Bay Area real estate markets and current industry trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort presenting to clients
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and standard office software
• Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate is preferred; additional language skills are a plus
