Job summary

Mark Spain Real Estate is hiring Real Estate Agents to handle 8-15 pre-qualified listing appointments per month from our inside sales team, with no cold calling. This is a full-time, commission-based role with uncapped earnings and no desk fees.

The position includes a dual-path offer approach (Guaranteed Offer or open-market listing) and comprehensive support, including 1:1 coaching with the Director of Sales and AI-powered pricing tools to position listings effectively.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role - not a side hustle.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Dallas-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven - you thrive in a high-accountability environment

Average agents make up to $150,000/year | Top performers can make $200,000+/year

Early Success Bonus for new agents: $2,500 when you close your first five homes in 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing in your first 150 days. No cap. Full eligibility to be outlined prior to joining

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
