Mark Spain Real Estate - Corp in the Dallas, Texas area is hiring Real Estate Agents to handle 8-15 pre-qualified listing appointments per month. This is a full-time, commission-based role with no desk fees, no prospecting, and full support to close transactions.

You must have an active Texas real estate license (or obtain within 30 days) and be willing to travel within the Greater Dallas area. Expect coaching, competitive splits, and an inside sales team feeding the appointments.

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role - not a side hustle.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Dallas-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven - you thrive in a high-accountability environment
