Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in North Liberty. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting market research, coordinating showings, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients from consultation through closing.

The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, highly organized, and knowledgeable about the local real estate market and industry trends throughout the Iowa City Corridor.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa Real Estate License with 2+ years of experience preferred
