Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Real Estate Finance, Political Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Basic understanding of real estate terminology preferred.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to learn and contribute to complex, mission-oriented projects.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting and asset management: Assist in oversight of property operations and asset management for the client's housing portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis: Perform market research, track indicators, and prepare informative market reports and presentations.
• Perform financial modeling: Reconcile financial data, complete monthly account statements, and produce reporting packages.
• Contribute to industry research: Monitor trends, summarize reports, and support thought leadership content.
• Assist with project coordination: Track timelines, monitor progress, and organize project documentation.
• Prepare presentations and reporting tools: Collaborate with the team on client-facing materials.
• Support team operations: Organize meetings, maintain project databases, and improve operational efficiency.
