Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) invites you to join our Leasing Advisory Internship in Washington, DC, where you’ll support leasing brokerage activities and work on projects that inform client decisions. You’ll gain broad exposure to CRE processes across occupier and landlord sides while learning from experienced brokers.

This paid internship runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, onsite, with compensation of about $9,188 to $12,616 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Previous internship experience in a professional environment.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
• Interest in pursuing a career path as a commissioned Broker.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with business development, outreach to new leads and managing prospect data.
• Gather and evaluate market data to assist client deliverables and presentations.
• Assist with preparation of offering materials, pitch decks, and presentations.
• Read and abstract real estate documents for clients.
• Create and use Excel-based analytical tools and models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiations and documentation.
