This full-time role offers hands-on experience across financial modeling, market research, transaction advisory and asset management, reporting to principals and senior professionals.

The position emphasizes ownership, adaptability, and growth, with on-site work in San Francisco four days per week and strong local Bay Area

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related professional experience in financial analysis, asset management, consulting, brokerage, appraisal or development.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and productivity while exercising independent judgment and critically evaluating outputs for accuracy and reliability.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform economic feasibility and underwriting analysis utilizing Excel to evaluate proposed development projects, operating assets and portfolio-level valuation across asset types.
• Evaluate assets and portfolios to identify highest and best use; perform economic analyses and identify funding sources.
• Prepare presentations and memorandums detailing analysis results, market research, transaction structures, and case studies.
• Conduct market research including rental comps, sales comps, economic and demographic trends and due diligence with summaries.
• Interact with client executives and work with Managing Principals on advisory assignments.
• Assist in underwriting and due diligence on multifamily, office, industrial and hotel projects in California.
• Attend client meetings, prepare materials and present findings to clients.
• Support management on a commercial portfolio including properties in San Francisco and San Jose.
• Coordinate with third-party property managers to implement acquisition and asset strategies.
• Monitor renovation programs and coordinate with lenders and capital partners on progress reporting.
• Update cash flow models in line with leasing and operating activities.
