The successful candidate will hold an IL IDFPR Pre-License Instructor License, have knowledge of Illinois real estate laws, and demonstrate strong communication to engage adult learners. The role is stipend-based and requires a background check.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of an associate's degree plus teaching experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Hold IDFPR Pre-License Instructor License authorizing instruction in real estate pre-licensing courses.
• Strong knowledge of Illinois real estate laws, licensing requirements, and industry practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage adult learners.
• Experience with instructional technology; maintain attendance and course records per COD/IDFPR requirements.
