We currently have a full-time opportunity for an organized and personable Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist looking to develop their career. Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 Yearly + Salary

Responsibilities:

1. 100 calls daily minimum or 1.5 hours of talk time daily
2. Manage the pipeline of prospects
3. Build rapport with potential clients
4. Follow up on leads in a timely manner
5. Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by the lead system
6. Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
7. Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed
8. Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
9. Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
10. Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
11. Attend business meetings and training as required
12. Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary

Qualifications:

1. A deep desire to be rich
2. Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
3. Must provide a proven track record of sales achievements in previous sales positions over the phone
4. 1 year or more of successful phone sales commission based on the previous employer
5. Must provide previous employer references
