Job summary
Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is seeking a Manager, Acquisitions to source land and assets for DF Development's pipeline. You will manage deal flow from initial look to closing, coordinating market research, underwriting, and diligence in collaboration with project teams.
The role requires several years in real estate acquisitions and development, Excel-based financial modeling, and willingness to travel. This is an in-office position in Jeffersonville, with close ties to Legal, Capital
Qualifications
- Four+ years in real estate acquisitions, development, land brokerage, investment sales, or development finance.
- Must have Excel-based development and cash flow modeling experience (IRR, yield, sensitivity).
- Familiarity with purchase and sale agreements, title commitments, surveys, and third-party reports.
- Willingness to travel to target markets and work in Jeffersonville office.
Responsibilities
- Source and secure land and assets for DF Development's pipeline.
- Own deal flow from first look through closing; manage preliminary underwriting and diligence.
- Negotiate LOIs and PSAs; manage due diligence timelines and closing deadlines.
- Coordinate entitlements, zoning, and submittals; hand off to Development Manager.
- Maintain pipeline status in reporting and contribute market intelligence.
