Job summary

Circle K in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Real Estate and Development professional to coordinate real estate sale and acquisition activities. You will participate in due diligence, site analysis, and multi-site transactions, working closely with Development Managers on site criteria and approval processes.

Based in Charlotte or Tampa, this in-person role requires five days per week and offers opportunities to collaborate with senior leadership on development strategies, demographic and traffic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2 years’ experience including real estate, asset management and property management.
• Proficient with MS Office; MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist site selection criteria and corporate approval process.
• Coordinate due diligence and closing of real estate transactions.
• Track development projects and provide updates to senior management.
• Support special projects with the Director of Real Estate and Development.
• Maintain confidentiality and contribute to KRAs and company plans.
