Progress Residential® is seeking an Acquisitions Associate to manage the capital placement of between $5-$20 million per month by acquiring single-family rental homes. You will underwrite, diligence, and negotiate properties across multiple channels, building market expertise and informing strategic investment opportunities.

The role requires strong analytical ability, business acumen, and the capacity to identify risks and opportunities in a dynamic investment landscape.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Analyst experience in finance, real estate, or investments.
• Self-motivated and proactive; takes initiative.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; distills information to key points.
• Willingness to travel to market every 6 to 8 weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite, analyze and negotiate and make final purchase decisions for single-family home opportunities via MLS, off market, new construction, iBuyer.
• Create and execute market-specific strategy for asset selection and acquisition pace to maximize investor returns.
• Develop and maintain an acquisitions pipeline of homes using market knowledge and proprietary tools.
• Compile and analyze market information to inform investment decisions and department processes.
