Keller Augusta in New York, NY seeks an Associate to support residential real estate investments within the Alternatives & Growth Initiatives unit. You will assist with underwriting, modeling, due diligence, and financing for potential equity investments.

You will prepare investment committee materials, analyze markets and properties, and interact with partners and brokers. Strong Excel and Argus skills and 1–3 years CRE experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related real estate experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics required (real estate preferred).
• Experience using Excel and Argus, particularly real estate investment valuation, preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; written and oral.

Responsabilités

• Provide acquisition support for potential equity investments.
• Underwrite and model potential deals, conduct financial, property, market and industry analyses.
• Perform due diligence and assist with financing activities.
• Prepare internal investment committee reports and participate in investment presentations.
• Interact with operating partners, brokers and third-party vendors during diligence.
