Role Description
This is a high impact leadership role out of New York, NY for a Real Estate Acquisition & Asset Senior Analyst. The Senior Lead will be responsible for evaluating and acquiring real estate assets, analyzing financial data, leadership role in shaping our financial strategy, capital structuring, and debt compliance, and managing fixed assets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, performing financial analysis, and providing detailed reports to support acquisition decisions. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless financial and asset management. As we scale, this position will be instrumental in building financial systems, reporting structures, and internal controls to support long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with experience in market research and financial analysis
- Knowledge of Fixed Assets management and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Finance, including budgeting and investment analysis
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
- Prior experience in real estate or private equity is a plus
- Proficiency with financial modeling software and tools
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the company and its projects.
- Establish and refine financial controls, reporting structures, and best practices as the company grows.
- Ensure compliance with lender covenants, investor reporting, and financial due diligence.
- Align financial planning with growth strategy and project milestones.
- Recruit and develop financial team members as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Financial Oversight

Debt & Capital Management
- Manage loan servicing, debt structuring, and refinancing opportunities.
- Track capital calls, funding disbursements, and financial obligations.
- Ensure all financial obligations under debt agreements are met, tracked, and reported.
Investor & Compliance Reporting
- Prepare reports for investors, lenders, and auditors to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial record-keeping for due diligence purposes.
- Work closely with executive leadership to strategize capital deployment.
Strategic Financial Planning
- Design and implement financial systems and protocols to support company growth.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial efficiencies.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize financial structuring.

Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, or development finance.
- Proven experience in budget management, loan structuring, and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of institutional lending, debt structuring, and investor relations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, Excel, and accounting platforms.
- Experience working in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments or start-ups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- CPA, CFA, or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
