Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process journal entries and support balance sheet, bank, and cash reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end financial reporting and daily/weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with Property Accountants on monthly tasks and refunds.
• Reconcile lender reserve accounts and administer draw requests.
• Support internal audit activities and tax preparations.
• Maintain investor portal and assist with cross-functional projects.
