Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in commercial real estate or property accounting.
• Hands-on experience with budgets, CAM reconciliations, and full-cycle accounting.
• ERP experience with Yardi, MRI, JDE or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements for commercial properties
• Record accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Own budgets, reforecasts, and year-end operating expense/CAM reconciliations
• Track capital projects, WIP, and assets placed into service
• Perform general ledger analysis and resolve variances
• Support audits, tax preparation, and special projects
• Work within an ERP environment to ensure accuracy and compliance

Compensation: $66,000–$100,000 salary
