Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Property Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties in New York. You will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, monthly financial statements, and oversee AP/AR, lease administration, and CAM reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate or property accounting experience.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar real estate software.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.

• Partner with property managers and leadership to support financial performance and reporting.

Target Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 base salary + bonus eligibility
