Job Description:

Are you ready to join a dynamic team where you can be the best version of yourself? We're seeking a Relationship Manager (Account Executive) to join our team and expand our growing business-to-business sales division. This role offers high income potential, with successful team members exceeding $100,000 annually as they build and maintain relationships that generate opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Connect with investors, realtors, and industry professionals via phone, text, email, meetings, etc.
  2. Serve as the primary contact to help the company sell over 100 properties a year to professional investors.
  3. Match buyers on our list with properties that fit their buy criteria.
  4. Educate network contacts on the advantages of selling to our company or using our services for investment properties, as well as buying from us.
  5. Provide high-level service and advice tailored to their situations.
  6. Occasionally attend property walk-throughs with connected buyers.
  7. Prepare paperwork to ensure smooth transactions.
  8. Participate in company and industry real estate meetups.
Qualifications:

Required skills:

  1. A real estate license (can be obtained after employment start; we help the right candidate obtain their license).
  2. Proficiency with various software and technology platforms.
  3. 1-3 years of sales experience.
  4. Negotiation and sales skills.
  5. Strong people-oriented skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with real estate investors.
  7. Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
