Job summary

You will lead analytical workstreams, support strategic transactions, and build forward-looking fund models for multiple funds, including non-traded REITs.

You will collaborate with Institutional Capital, Private Wealth, and finance teams, conduct market research, and prepare materials for board presentations and investor relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Real Estate Investing, Real Estate Fund Management or Investment Banking.
• Strong M&A and capital markets execution, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, especially under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical workstreams for closed-end and open-ended funds across Net Lease, Real Estate Finance Credit and Digital Infrastructure strategies.
• Support strategic corporate M&A and capital markets transactions, including equity raises and private placements.
• Create complex financial analyses for business planning, new product launches, and capital allocation strategies.
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses and draft Board presentation materials for non-traded REITs.
• Monitor market trends in public/private REITs and broader bond/equity markets to shape strategies.
• Interface with asset managers, accounting, tax, legal, banks, rating agencies, and consultants.
