Responsibilities

• Structuring, marketing, negotiating and closing financing transactions, domestically and abroad.
• Synthesizing financing quotes and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Communicating updates on financing activities and strategies to internal constituents.
• Managing multiple projects to meet established timelines.
• Building financial models to evaluate financing impact to returns.
• Overseeing loans, maturities, and preparing materials for loan milestones.
• Coordinating due diligence and KYC with internal teams and external partners.
• Overseeing financing covenants and reporting.
• Supporting investor relations by responding to due diligence questions.
• Maintaining a financing assumption matrix for investments team.
• Preparing deal teasers and soliciting market feedback.
• Developing lender and broker relationships.
• Assisting with ad-hoc fundraising and growth initiatives.
