Apogem Capital is seeking an Analyst to support the real assets team in sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring investments. The role offers exposure to private real assets, with a focus on direct equity co-investments and selective secondaries, based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work model.

The Analyst will assist in deal sourcing, diligence, and performance reporting, interacting with investment professionals and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment diligence and portfolio monitoring.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to investment committees.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screen investments; generate team pipeline and forward calendar.
• Support deal team in diligence and documentation; attend meetings.
• Prepare investment memos and assist with quantitative analysis.
• Monitor investments and track capital calls and distributions.
• Collaborate with other teams; integrate AI into workflows.
