The Analyst will work in the alternative investment management industry at a high-quality, growing firm and will gain exposure to private real assets. The Analyst will support the real assets team in the sourcing, evaluation, and monitoring of investments.
Apogem’s dedicated private real assets team has raised and deployed three funds, representing over $1 billion of capital, since launching in late 2014. The team is actively investing out of its fourth fund and is based in Austin, Texas, a market at the center of the convergence of energy and technology.
The strategy is highly opportunistic and value-oriented, with a focus on direct equity co-investments as well as selective secondary opportunities. It seeks to provide sector diversification through investments in energy, infrastructure, agriculture, mining, and related services.
The mandate seeks to generate high absolute returns, targeting a 2.0x MOIC and 20% IRR, along with significant yield.
The Analyst will have the opportunity to interact with all levels of equity and credit investment professionals and members of Apogem Capital’s Senior Leadership Team. Salary range: $80,000-$100,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
