MSCI Inc. is seeking a Real Assets Product Manager to lead the development of Real Assets solutions, delivering high-quality data and analytics for clients and new revenue opportunities.

You will conduct market research, interview clients, and partner with sales, research, and engineering to prototype, prioritize, and launch new features and platforms. The role requires deep knowledge of commercial real estate and investment processes, with proven cross-functional leadership and a track record

Qualifications

• Market research and client interviews to shape new initiatives.
• Define requirements and work with teams on solutioning and estimation.
• Develop go-to-market plans and release strategies.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and P&L in fintech/investment tech.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of Real Assets products from ideation to launch.
• Perform market analysis of client needs, trends, and competition.
• Collaborate with sales and research to onboard data and develop indexes.
• Develop business plans and pricing strategies to capture market share.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Operations, and Research for development plans.
