Kelly Services is seeking a Production Operator for a premier manufacturing organization in Carlsbad, CA. The role involves direct hands-on formulation, filling, testing, and packaging of chemical and biological reagents, following SOPs and FDA/ISO guidelines.

You will calibrate equipment, conduct solution testing, and support Lean initiatives while maintaining safety and documentation. Strong English skills and attention to quality are essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required for reading, writing and speaking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow detailed procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Formulating, filling, testing, and packaging chemical and biological reagent products according to operational plans and customer demand.
• Following established operation procedures and maintaining accurate training and production records.
• Executing daily production plans to meet due date conformance and quality standards.
• Reading and following work instructions, engineering drawings, SOPs, and other specifications while maintaining compliance with FDA and ISO requirements.
• Performing set‑up, calibration, and troubleshooting of reagent components and instruments.
• Conducting solution testing (pH, conductivity, density) to ensure process specifications are met.
• Working cooperatively with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and ensure emphasis on quality.
• Identifying and recommending quality and process improvements.
• Training new team members and participating in Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment and completing all required paperwork.
