Job summary

Cemex US is seeking a responsible Ready-Mix Driver in Naples, FL. The primary duty is to operate a concrete mixer and deliver loads to commercial and residential sites, while ensuring safety and adherence to regulations.

The role requires a valid CDL A or B, strong English communication, and a clean driving record. You will work with dispatch, manage extension chutes, and perform routine truck maintenance on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• (1) Valid CDL A or B; FMCSA Clearinghouse eligibility.
• (2) English reading/writing/speaking required.
• (3) Clean driving record: no DUI/DWI in past 5 years, ≤3 moving violations in past 3 years.
• (4) Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Ready-Mix truck safely and deliver loads to specified sites.
• Maintain cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the truck.
• Adapt discharge methods for different site conditions and chutes as needed.
• Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery windows.
• Provide professional customer service and teamwork on the road.
