The role requires a valid CDL (A or B), a clean FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse record, and a solid safety mindset to thrive in diverse outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B license (valid)
• Must qualify as not prohibited in FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Solid CSA and MVR record; no DUI/DWI in last 5 years and ≤3 moving violations in last 3 years
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols in construction and transportation

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete mixer safely and deliver loads to commercial and residential sites
• Maintain safe and timely delivery of loads; adhere to schedules
• Adapt discharge methods for various site conditions
• Attach and manage extension chutes as needed for precise pouring
• Perform basic truck maintenance and ensure cleanliness
• Provide professional customer service and represent Cemex professionally
• Coordinate with dispatch and team to ensure efficient operations
