Job summary

Cemex US is seeking a responsible Ready-Mix Driver to safely operate the concrete mixer and deliver loads to commercial and residential sites. This role involves navigating varied terrain and handling extension chutes weighing 30–50 pounds.

A CDL A or B is required, along with a clean FMCSA record. You will work with dispatch to meet delivery schedules, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and provide professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A or B and FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Acceptable CSA/MVR; no DUI/DWI in last 5 years.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Strong safety knowledge for construction/transportation.
• Follow instructions and coordinate with dispatch.
• Basic truck maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the concrete mixer and deliver loads to commercial and residential sites.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites.
• Attach and manage extension chutes as necessary for pouring.
• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the truck.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional image for Cemex.
• Coordinate with dispatch and team for efficient operations.
