BURNCO Rock Products Ltd in Windsor, CO is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to operate a ready-mix truck safely and deliver concrete to construction sites on a strict schedule. You will perform pre-trip inspections, follow DOT and company policies, and maintain equipment and paperwork.

A CDL is required, with 2 years of ready-mix or 1 year driving experience, and ability to work Saturdays and potential travel to other plants.

Qualifications

• Two years of ready-mix experience or one year of commercial driving experience.
• Possession of a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including Saturdays.
• Safety-focused and able to follow DOT regulations.
• FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration (required for CDL drivers).

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and maintain truck cleanliness inside and out.
• Promptly report any minor mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment around the plant and job sites.
• Follow all policies and regulations including DOT and company driving standards.
• Complete required paperwork such as pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIRs) and work orders accurately and on time.
• Communicate and elevate any operational or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Crosstrain in other areas as needed to support team operations.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
