Job summary

BURNCO Rock Products Ltd is hiring a Ready-Mix Driver for our Henderson Plant in Colorado. You will operate a ready-mix truck, ensure timely deliveries, and support safety culture with daily checks and proper documentation.

The role requires CDL, 2 years of ready-mix or 1 year of commercial driving, and flexibility to work irregular hours including Saturdays. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of ready-mix experience or one year of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required for this position.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including Saturdays.
• Willingness to work from other BURNCO plants as needed.
• Shows calm, professional behavior under pressure and strong safety focus.
• Active FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration (required for all CDL drivers).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck delivering to construction sites.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and keep truck clean.
• Report minor mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area around plant and sites.
• Follow all BURNCO policies and regulations including DOT standards.
• Complete DVIRs and work orders accurately and on time.
• Communicate safety concerns to supervisor.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
