Job summary

BURNCO Rock Products Ltd in Longmont, CO is hiring a Ready-Mix Driver to support timely concrete deliveries and maintain equipment. You will safely operate a ready-mix truck, follow DOT and company standards, and contribute to a strong safety culture across plant and job sites.

Applicants should have a CDL or be willing to obtain one, plus two years of ready-mix experience or one year of commercial driving.

Qualifications

• Two years of ready-mix experience or one year of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required for this position.
• Demonstrates calm, professional behavior in high-pressure or frustrating situations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and maintain truck cleanliness inside and out.
• Follow all BURNCO policies and DOT regulations, including pre-trip/post-trip inspections and required paperwork.
• Crosstrain in other areas as needed to support team operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
