Job summary

Western Rock Products, a CRH Company, is seeking a Ready Mix Truck Driver in Cedar City, UT. You will operate a ready mix truck in plant yards and on public roads to deliver concrete to commercial and residential sites.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL (A or B) and a current DOT Medical Card, with 1–2 years related experience. The role requires safety focus, basic math, and the ability to work well with others in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Must possess a valid CDL and DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment in a safe and clean condition.
• Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections.
• Verify mix specifications after loading and at the job site.
• Align mixer drum and receive product into the mixer truck.
• Drive to locations for unloading and operate the truck to release concrete.
• Clean truck after delivery to prevent hardening in the mixer.
• Place and operate chutes to deliver product as directed.
