Quality Talent Group is seeking a Ready Mix Plant Supervisor for a premier client in the building automation and industrial technology sector. You will oversee daily concrete production, batching, and plant operations to meet schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in ready-mix, concrete production, or a similar manufacturing environment
• Proven experience overseeing Ready Mix operations, concrete batching processes, and plant production activities
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a plant or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, workplace safety practices, environmental regulations, and lockout/tagout procedures

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Ready Mix plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production while meeting customer demand and delivery schedules
• Supervise concrete production processes, ensuring accurate batching, material handling, mix consistency, and compliance with company quality standards
• Monitor production schedules and dispatch coordination to ensure timely delivery of concrete while maximizing plant efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company policies
• Perform quality control oversight, including monitoring concrete specifications, mix designs, and testing procedures
