The role requires a minimum of 5 years in concrete production leadership and 3 years in portable plant operations, with strong knowledge of batching, material handling, and scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in concrete production in a supervisory or leadership role.
• 3+ years portable concrete plant operations on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of batching, portable plant operations, material handling, equipment utilization, and scheduling.
• Experience coordinating production activities to meet project requirements; strong communication.
