Amrize is seeking a Plant Mechanic to support our Ready Mix operations. You will maintain and repair plant equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and mechanical systems, to ensure safe and reliable production.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, with emphasis on hydraulic/pneumatic systems, conveyors, and welding. Strong safety focus and ability to read manuals and schematics are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance in heavy industrial environments.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and mechanical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on ready mix plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain and repair pneumatic systems, including air compressors, valves, cylinders, air lines, and related components.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, motors, hoses, cylinders, power units, and control valves.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair conveyor systems, including belts, rollers, pulleys, idlers, bearings, and drive components.
• Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and installation of replacement parts and equipment modifications as needed.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, blueprints, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with operations to prioritize repairs and maintain production schedules.
