Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Mining, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management).
- 6 months–1 year of industry internships or related experience in Ready-Mix preferred.
- Strong communication and computer skills (MS Word & Excel).
Responsibilities
- Learn and participate in all aspects of ready-mix concrete production and plant operations.
- Assist in coordinating daily production activities to ensure product availability and customer service requirements are met.
- Monitor plant performance and production processes to maximize operational efficiency.
- Support batching operations and ensure products are produced according to approved mix designs and quality standards.
- Observe and analyze production workflows to identify opportunities for productivity and performance improvements.
- Learn operational processes at multiple ready-mix facilities and support best practices across locations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and cost control.
- Develop communication and leadership skills through interaction with employees and customers.
