Job summary

Martin Marietta in Raleigh, NC, seeks an entry-level Management Associate for an in-person, full-time program to develop you into a frontline leader through hands-on operations and safety training at a plant.

The 18–24 month training covers engineering, production support, and leadership, with a focus on safe, efficient operations and team collaboration within the Aggregates business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (entry-level)
• Strong communication and leadership potential; teamwork
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to work safely around heavy equipment in outdoor environments

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18–24 month formal training program to develop technical, operational, and leadership skills.
• Assist in pit development, plant design, and operating/maintaining plant equipment.
• Adhere to safety and environmental measures and the Company’s ethics.
• Engage in leadership development to prepare for supervisory responsibilities and crew leadership.
• Perform quality control testing and contribute to continuous improvement projects to boost plant efficiency.
