Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a safety‑minded Ready-Mix Driver to deliver concrete products to customers across our U.S. operations.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain accurate delivery tickets, and communicate with dispatch to ensure on‑time deliveries. What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Ensure accurate delivery tickets and maintain communication with dispatch.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

What Are We Looking For

Conditions of Employment

• Must hold current CDL-B or CDL-A
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
